Shipping policy

We offer free Ground Shipping via USPS on orders that total or are greater than $100 after discounts and before taxes. 

We aim to have your OTSO order processed and shipped within 2 business days. Length of time until delivery depends on shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking information. 

Expedited shipments must be placed by 9 am EST to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
