We at OTSO Sport expect our gear to perform, just as you should.

If you are not satisfied with the look, fit or feel of your OTSO product, feel free to return it within 30 days for a full refund. 

Return & Exchange policy

We offer FREE returns & exchanges on full-price items, discount codes, & domestic orders only.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at otsosportusa@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned/exchanged, and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, and unwashed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your purchase qualifies for a free return, we will email you a free return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 business days.

There will be no refunds on items that are not in original condition, or have damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Items purchased on sale, or with a gift card, can be returned via the same method, however postage will be at buyers expense. Items marked *final sale* cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We currently do not offer international shipping, returns or exchanges.
